Winter Wonderland: Bringing Holiday Joy to Stark County Veterans
Stocks Draperies is honored to partner with the Veterans Service Commission (VSC) of Stark County in the Winter Wonderland program. Together, we’re spreading holiday cheer to our local veterans and their families.
How You Can Help: From now until November 25th, visit Stocks Draperies to pick up a Wish Tag from our holiday tree. Each tag represents a special gift for a veteran in need, and every donation brings a smile to those who have served our country. Please wrap your gift and return it by November 26th—let’s make this season unforgettable for our veterans!
Giving Back to Our Hospitals: Akron Children’s and Aultman Emergency Unit Donations
Help us support the dedicated teams at Aultman Hospital’s Emergency Unit and Akron Children’s Hospital this holiday season. Stocks Draperies is collecting donations to brighten the day for patients and staff alike, based on specific needs from each hospital.
How You Can Help: We invite you to make a difference by choosing items from the hospitals’ wish lists. Your contributions will go directly to those who need them most during the holidays. For more information on what’s needed, please refer to the attached guidelines and wish lists to ensure your donations meet the hospitals’ requirements. Please drop off items in-store by [date].
As a thank you, receive a 15% discount on an order with a deposit placed by the end of February. Together, we can help make the season a little brighter for everyone!

Celebrate the season at Oakwood Square! Stocks Draperies is proud to sponsor this year’s Holiday Market, a local shopping extravaganza filled with holiday spirit.
Join Us Every Friday and Saturday Starting November 22
Experience the magic of the season at the Holiday Market at Oakwood Square! Running every weekend from November 22 through December 14, this beloved Canton tradition brings the charm of European Christmas markets to Ohio.
Wander through the Vendor Village with over 30 local artisans offering unique gifts and holiday treats, enjoy live music, marvel at ice carving, and capture memories with Santa and Mrs. Claus—and even live reindeer!
On December 6 and 7, join the fun as Plain Township’s “Light Up at Legacy” event illuminates Oakwood Square, adding an extra glow to the festivities. Bring friends and family for a holiday outing full of cheer and support for local businesses!
